Yield: 4-8 servings
Recipe and Photos by At Elizabeth’s Table
Whether you’re planning a party or simply a serious snacker, this dip deserves a spot in your regular rotation. Hodo Miso Tofu gets a bright, tangy makeover with lemon, white miso, and black pepper, creating a savory, feta-like crumble that’s just as good tucked into a salad as it is piled onto toast. Here, it’s folded into a vibrant, herby dip with juicy grated tomato, garlic, balsamic vinegar, and plenty of good olive oil, plus a little crunch from chopped macadamia nuts. Grab some fresh bread and get ready to scoop.
