While traveling in Singapore, our founder Minh Tsai discovered one of his favorite Indian dishes. Captivated by its distinct flavors, Minh and the Hodo team got to work. We carefully selected the warm spices in our garam masala blend for a fragrant, full-bodied marinade then added our rich, nutty Organic Extra Firm Tofu. The result? Indian Spiced Tofu, a smoky, earthy, bold boost of protein. It’s your ticket to a flavorful adventure—no extra sauces, spices, or passports required!

Ways to Enjoy

  • Use straight from the package—it’s pre-marinated for you!

  • Air-fry and top saffron rice with a side of chutney

  • Sauté for naan tacos served with cucumber raita

  • Reinvent saag paneer with tofu

Cooking tips: Cut tofu into 1" cubes: air fry for 12-15 minutes at 400°F; bake for 20-25 minutes at 375°F; or gently saute in 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat until golden and crispy.
