Hodo is an award-winning, innovative, craft tofu and plant-based company based in California. In 2026, Hodo partnered with the Culinary Institute of America and MCURC to collaborate on understanding how to change behaviors at campus dining halls to advance the Menus of Change Principles of Healthy, Sustainable Menus. Through this effort and our own efforts to educate people about the benefits and tasty wonders of tofu, we aim to drive positive changes in near-term eating habits and long-term transformation of the food system.
