Kale & Sesame Yuba Noodle Salad

  • 1 - 8oz. pack Hodo Sesame Yuba Noodles Locate Product
  • 10oz. Pre-cut tuscan/dino/lacinato Kale (1lb if using whole)
  • Fresh lemon juice
  • ½ cup chopped herbs (parsley & scallions)
  • ½ cup Chopped bell peppers and red onions (optional — this just adds more color and crunch)
  • To taste toasted sesame seeds
  • To taste a splash of lemon juice


  1. If using whole kale, strip the rib and tear into bite size pieces. In a bowl, add yuba noodles to kale and using your hands, massage the kale with the yuba strips, till kale is well macerated.  
  2. Splash lemon juice, herbs and sesame seeds and toss to mix.
