Stir Fried Yuba

Ingredients
1 (5oz) package Hodo Yuba Sheets Locate Product
1/4 tsp ginger, peeled and chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
Pinch of hot pepper flakes
Vegetable oil
Salt
Sesame oil
Instructions
Cut the yuba into strips or pieces. (Experiment to find a shape and size you like.) Set aside.
Sauté ginger, garlic, and hot pepper flakes in vegetable oil.
Add yuba. Stir fry over high heat for 5-10 minutes, adding water as necessary. As you’re stir frying, add salt. Yuba wants a LOT of salt, so don’t hold back!
Just before serving, add a good dollop of sesame oil. That’s it! Delicious.
