Stir Fried 5 Spice Nuggets with Orange Teriyaki Glaze

Ingredients
Veggies and Nuggets
1 (8oz) package Hodo Chinese 5 Spice Nuggets, halved Locate Product
2 tbsp red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1/3 cup carrot, peeled and thinly sliced
1/3 cup yellow onion, chopped
3 tbsp celery, chopped
¾ cup mandarin orange segments
Orange Teriyaki Sauce
3 tsp cornstarch
2 tsp water
¾ cup tamari
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup orange juice
1 tbsp ginger, peeled and chopped
2 tsp garlic, peeled and minced
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/3 cup honey
2 tbsp brown sugar (optional)
Instructions
Chop all veggies and nuggets.
Stir fry vegetables over medium high heat.
Mix cornstarch with water to form a paste and set aside.
Add all sauce ingredients, including the cornstarch, and let thicken.
Toss mandarin oranges, veggies, tofu and sauce to mix. Enjoy!
