Snack box filled with grapes, pita bread, and Hodo Curry Nuggets with Celery

This will take you about Two Nuggety Minutes to get together!

Everyone asks us, “What’s your favorite way to prepare the Curry Nuggets? Do they need to be cooked?” And honestly, we love them almost straight out of the bag! Nuggets halved and tossed into a lunchbox with some celery sticks & a side of herby mayo is tasty, nutritious and SUPER easy for your little ones - or yourself!


Ingredients

  • 1 (8oz) package Hodo Thai Curry Nuggets Locate Product

  • Celery stick, julienned

  • Mayonnaise

  • Herbs of your choice

  • Flatbread

  • Your choice of fruit

Instructions

  1. Halve your Thai Curry Nuggets into perfectly bite-sized pieces.

  2. Cut a celery stalk into small pieces then toss with Curry Nuggets in your dish.

  3. Separately, mix your mayonnaise and herbs of choice together to create a tasty dipping sauce.

  4. Complete the meal with toasted flatbread and a side of fruit.
