5 Spice Nugget Salad with Asparagus and Mango

Ingredients

  • 1 (8oz) package Hodo 5 Spice Nuggets, roughly chopped Locate Product

  • 1 cup asparagus, cut into 1” lengths

  • 1 cup mango, peeled and sliced in 1” lengths

  • 1/3 cup red bell pepper, thinly sliced

  • 1/3 cup red onion, thinly sliced

  • 1/4 cup lime juice

  • 1.5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 1/4 cup agave syrup

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 1 pinch white pepper

  • 3 tbp green onion

Instructions

  1. Bring a small saucepan of water to a boil and blanch the asparagus. Let cool.

  2. Chop all veggies and nuggets.

  3. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together and toss to combine.

  4. Enjoy!
