5 Spice Nugget Salad with Asparagus and Mango

Ingredients
1 (8oz) package Hodo 5 Spice Nuggets, roughly chopped Locate Product
1 cup asparagus, cut into 1” lengths
1 cup mango, peeled and sliced in 1” lengths
1/3 cup red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1/3 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup lime juice
1.5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup agave syrup
1 pinch salt
1 pinch white pepper
3 tbp green onion
Instructions
Bring a small saucepan of water to a boil and blanch the asparagus. Let cool.
Chop all veggies and nuggets.
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together and toss to combine.
