This is a pocket full of bold, plant-based goodness that’s as easy to love as it is to make. Featuring Hodo’s Lightly Fried Golden Turmeric Tofu, peppery arugula, juicy cherry tomatoes, and a cool, creamy vegan tzatziki, this tofu wrap is the definition of fresh flavor with flair. Packed into a warm pita and bursting with vibrant textures, it’s perfect for quick lunches, picnic spreads, or anytime your taste buds are craving a golden hour.


Ingredients

  • 8-oz Hodo Golden Turmeric Lightly Fried Tofu

    Locate Product

  • 2 pita wraps

  • 4 cups arugula (or other leafy green)

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (sliced in half)

    Vegan Tzatziki

  • 1 mini cucumber

  • 4 ounces vegan yogurt

  • ¼ cup dill (finely chopped)

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • ½ teaspoon salt or garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Shave mini cucumber. Place in cheese cloth or paper napkin and gently squeeze out allliquid. Add to a small bowl.

  2. Mix in all other tzatziki ingredients and place to the side.

  3. Cut the Hodo Golden Turmeric tofu into 16 equal pieces by following the pre-cuts.

  4. Microwave the pita wraps for 30 seconds on a plate. Cut in half and gently open them tocreate the pocket.

  5. Stuff each wrap half with 1 cup arugula, ¼ cup sliced cherry tomatoes, and 4 pieces ofGolden Turmeric tofu.

  6. Top with vegan tzatziki and serve immediately.
