Check out this recipe from the Hodo Kitchen, Tofu Puffs soaked in savory miso broth with ramen!
Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz) packages Hodo Thai Curry Nuggets or Chinese 5-Spice Nuggets Locate Product 
- 1 qt dashi (kombu soaked in water) 
- 2 tbsp red miso 
- 2 servings ramen (can sub with GF) 
- 1 head Little Gem lettuce 
Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to boil, then drop in ramen. When just tender, remove ramen and shock in a bowl of cold water. Drain. Set aside. 
- Make miso soup by dissolving miso paste in dashi. Bring to boil, add tofu puffs and simmer for a five minutes until tender and soft. Add lettuce and simmer until tender. 
- Plunge ramen into soup to reheat and immediately serve.
