Ingredients
8-oz Hodo Chili Crisp Lightly Fried Tofu
½ head of watermelon (cubed)
3-4 mini cucumbers (thinly sliced)
½ red onion (thinly sliced)
For Serving
½ cup mint
Instructions
Combine all of the watermelon tofu salad ingredients in a large bowl. Mix together lightly.
Cut the Hodo Lightly Fried Chili Crisp tofu into equal pieces by following the pre-cuts. Keep the remaining sauce in the package to the side (to top on the salad).
Place the Chili Crisp tofu over the watermelon salad.
Rip mint leave from the stem and sprinkle on top of the salad.
Pour the remaining chili crisp sauce from the tofu package over the salad.
Lightly toss and serve immediately, or place the watermelon tofu salad into the fridge to chill for 30 minutes before serving.
