Easy Cheesy Adobo Quesadillas

Yields: Two 12 inch Quesadillas

With Hodo Adobo Mexican Crumbles at your fingertips, you can have a meaty & hearty meal within minutes! Just have your favorite fixings at the ready, and you can get this out for a quick lunch or snack at any moment!


Ingredients

  • 1 (10oz) Hodo Adobo Mexican Crumbles Locate product

  • 4 12inch Tortillas or 8 6inch tortillas

  • 1 cup of your favorite melting cheese, shredded

  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil

  • 5 radishes sliced thin or in wedges

  • 1 lime cut into wedges

  • 2 tbsp. sour cream or crema

  • 3 tbsp pico de gallo, your favorite salsa, or salsa macha

  • 5 sprigs of cilantro rough chopped with stems

  • 1 cup of your favorite guacamole or 1 avocado sliced

Instructions

  1. Open package of Hodo Adobo Crumbles and sauté in a skillet with a little bit of oil, about 4-5 minutes at medium high heat until desired texture, then set aside.

  2. Heat up tortillas in microwave or on a skillet to loosen them up.

  3. On a clean skillet or Comal, place one or two tortillas down and cover with shredded cheese (both sides!)

  4. Add a layer of Crumbles on one side, then cover the crumbles with the other tortilla, once the cheese is slightly melted.

  5. Flip the quesadilla a couple of times to desired crispiness of your tortilla, while making sure the cheese is melted.

  6. Place on a cutting board, cut through into wedges and top with all of your favorite fixings!

  7. Enjoy!
