Moroccan Cous Cous Salad

From The Hodo Kitchen



  • 8oz Hodo Chermoula Moroccan Tofu Cubes (or can substitute with our other tofu cubes flavors) Locate Product

  • 2 C Cooked cous cous

  • ¼ C Soaked and drained raisins

  • ¼ C Chopped roasted and salted almonds

  • ¼ C Chopped parsley

  • 2 T Lemon juice

  • S&P to taste


  1. Roast Moroccan Cubes on 375 for 20-25 min. Turning once or twice to color on all sides.

  2. Cook cous cous.

  3. Toss Moroccan Cubes Tofu with cous cous while still warm so the cous cous soaks up some of the flavors from the tofu. Cool down.

  4. After it’s chilled mix in raisins, chopped almonds, chopped parsley, lemon juice, S&P to taste.
